If you want to be ruthless and make space for a wardrobe make-over, get the bin bag ready for those items you no longer wear or can’t wear as your body shape has changed.

What you don’t want anymore could be someone else’s treasure. Always recycle your clothes by giving to charity or clothes banks.

Don’t worry, I won’t bully you into throwing away your favourite item. I’ll try to work around it, maybe add an accessory, customise it or we’ll take it with us on our scheduled shopping trip to find a garment to compliment/update it. Some items may need to be altered in order to fit you better and be more flattering.
